Jan 20/04 - Doug
was suspended for a game and fined $2500 after being assessed 2mins
and a game misconduct for charging Nedved during the Bruins/Rangers game
on Jan 19/04. Doug received a total of 20 penalty minutes plus the game
misconduct during the game against the Rangers.
Jan 12/04 - Doug was
recalled from Providence.
Jan 8/04 - Doug has been
reassigned to Providence. Hopefully this will only be for a short period
of time.
Jan 4/04 - Chants of
"Do-ull, Do-ull" rang out last night when Doug took to the ice. Doug vs Cairns
seemed like a WWE event. The challenge, the intervening of "cooler heads"
(McCarthy), and the Main Event.
Jan 2/04 - Doug's first
NHL point was an assist on Morrison's goal on Jan 1/04,
Boston defeated Toronto 3-2.
